Shipping policy

1.⁠ ⁠Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2.⁠ ⁠Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3.⁠ ⁠Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery within Kerala: 2–4 business days.

Rest of India: 5–10 business days (depending on location and courier service).

Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festivals.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹1999.

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.

5.⁠ ⁠Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.

You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

6.⁠ ⁠Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7.⁠ ⁠Damaged / Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8.⁠ ⁠Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver on time, Jersey Dukan is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
